'Witching Hour' is a concept album aimed at capturing the artistic aesthetics of Noir and Neo-Noir film genres through various jazz related idioms. The concept is derived from various music styles including UK jazz, 70s jazz fusion, neo soul, jazz-funk, modal jazz, lounge music, and early 20th century impressionism; All of which have the ability to encapsulate the dark, gloomy, expressive and cynical characteristics of Noir Films.
